Meet Jen
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
I’m a film photographer who believes the best photos happen when you slow down and really experience the moment. Shooting with film naturally leads to a more thoughtful process. Every frame is chosen with care, letting real emotion, movement, and connection show. This creates photos with depth, a timeless feel, and a softer look.
These days, we take hundreds of photos on our devices, and it’s easy for special moments to get lost as we scroll through them. We often photograph the same moment over and over, then spend too much time choosing which one to keep. Most of the time, we never print them at all.
That’s why prints are so important to me.
I believe photos should be more than just images on a screen. Technology changes fast, and the devices we use now might not be around for the next generation. Printed photos can be held, displayed, shared with family, and found again for years to come.
My goal is to make photography simple and meaningful again. I focus on thoughtful sessions, carefully chosen images, and beautiful prints that arrive at your home.
Outside of photography, well, I’m married to my college sweetheart and we have a wonderful son. As a family, we love going to the movies, cheering for our home teams, and spending time with our two pups, Goose and Kiwi. I also enjoy watercolor painting whenever I get the chance to slow down and be creative.
I’m so glad you’re here.
